SOCIAL AUDIT – 2016

ACN celebrated its second annual Social Audit in Pokhara. Clients from Gorkha, Nawalparasi, and Kaski along with Government officials, Village Secretaries, political-party leaders, and beneficiary representatives of those places where we have been were present.  Media, organisations and many other stakeholders were also present. It was wonderful to have Helen and Fred from INF UK to present in the meeting representing donors along with Dr. Julie. 

Clients from Nawalparashi had traveled early in the morning to reach the venue. Everybody was excited and the feedback from Government Officials were positive.

Asal Chhimekee Nepal is one of the first organizations in Pokhara to conduct social audit programme. This promotes social responsibility, good governance and organic community relation.
